What will you be doing?

    • Develop Strategy and Plan for multiple Social Media Handles for different markets
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product Teams to understand Customer Preferences 
    • Work with Creative and Content teams to develop and publish engaging content
    • Develop and run Social Media campaigns to meet business requirements 
    • Work with the Performance Marketing Team to set KPIs and track the outcome for the efforts
    • Turn Businesses into Fans, Fans into Customers and Customers into Advocates

Designation:AGM Partner and Customer Marketing

Function/Group: Business Development /Marketing

Experience:10- 12 yrs

What will you be doing?

    Will drive marketing value by working with sales channels through –

    • Understanding channel construct
    • Understanding the Target customer and the role the channel plays in fulfilling his need
    • Understanding sales and Brand drivers in different channels
    • Insights: Understand channel construct/footfalls/outreach/role/wallet share/potential

    Reach & visibility

    • Build reach & visibility initiatives amongst Target customers by owning the below the line strategy for the company and drive visibility and awareness pan India for different initiatives Below the line
    • working closely with Customer marketing on execution of branding, ATL, PR
    • Drive product launches and product experience at the ground level to initiate customers to try and buy our products and services
    • Be a strong custodian of GST messaging and drive its awareness and adoption with partners, customers, prospects and influencers
    • Scan the environment for high-impact, high-leverage collaboration opportunities on ground with Industry Associations, SME groups and media
    • Establish metrics and objectives for measuring visibility and trials
    • Take Custody of Marketing initiatives for the zone and align marketing initiatives to the overall business strategies
    • Be a strong custodian to drive and share market insights and ground realities with Central marketing wrt key stakeholders like partners, customers, prospects, Associations, influencers etc
    • Manage a Zonal marketing team pan India and drive capability
    • Expand the scope to International markets as well

    Value and enablement

    • Build calendarized marketing programmes, enable marketing material, web enablement, enhancement of partner value by working closely with customer marketing to create partner engagement and build value
    • Customer experience across channels to build delight is a must
    • Understand partners’ business objectives, go-to-market approach and use this insight to build and execute marketing plans and strategies focused on customer engagements to complement these.
    • Partner with sales team to create value propositions for channel partners, Tax practitioners(influencers) etc
    • Create and drive Influencer programmes with CAs and tax practitioners

    • Strong background in Software/ Telecom firms in Channel Marketing

Designation:Specialist – Market Research

Function/Group: BD/Marketing

Experience:5-6 Yrs

What will you be doing?

    • Acts as a research consultant to internal Businesses and Marketing organisation. Provides meaningful and actionable insights to drive business objectives and support decision making
    • Works closely with internal Business (esp. Sales and Product Management teams) and Marketing organisation to understand key business issues and proactively provide thought leadership
    • Shapes research design, research plans, develop questionnaires/ discussion guides, and build persuasive presentations for senior/ executive level internal clients.
    • Adds value to the insights by synthesizing secondary information/ behavioural data with survey data. Ability to identify opportunities for this kind of collaboration.
    • Proven ability to maintain strong working relationships with Research vendors and leverage their expertise to deliver best in class research programs
    • Identify ways to improve customer experience at various stages of customer journey: pre-purchase and post purchase through various surveys, and work with product, sales and service teams to improve satisfaction scores and build experience and delight measures
    • Develop and execute analytical plans on large datasets representing the customer and partner datasets. Use diverse analytical methods (descriptive, diagnostic and predictive) to find actionable insights.
    • Extensive experience working on analytical tools like SPSS and R.

Who are we looking for?

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer insights or market research. Previous research experience in software industry will be an added advantage.
    • Robust research experience across a wide range of qualitative and quantitative researches. 
    • Must have strong analytical and interpretive skills to frame recommendations.
    • Ability to lead multiple, large scale, research projects in parallel. Excellent project management, multi-tasking, and prioritising skills required.
    • Outstanding communication both verbal and written, presentation and interpersonal skills required
